The dissertation is devoted to research of a problem of contract forms of realization of the social and economic rights and interests of workers. Defines also criteria of classification of interests in labour legal relations. The place of laws of master and servant in system of other social and economic rights is revealed and the interrelation between them is characterized. Signs of contract forms of realization of social - labour relations are defined. The differentiation of interests of workers is investigated depending on a pattern of ownership of the enterprise. Value of facultative conditions of the employment contract and obligations conditions of the collective agreement, the agreement for ensuring the rights and interests of the parties of labour relations is revealed. Value of translation, removal, change of essential working conditions for ensuring and associations of interests of the employer and the worker is disclosed. On the basis of the made theoretical conclusions and the revealed oversights of legal regulation corresponding offers on improvement of the legislation are given.
