Ismailova L. Processional and ethical-psychological questions of supplying the sides' equality in Criminal Law procedure of Ukraine.

The dissertation (thesis) the research deals both with theoretical questions of criminal process and the problematic questions of the principle of sides' equality in the criminal process of Ukraine. The ways of their decision are shown. According to the conducted analysis of the law procedure of other states and current Ukrainian Law procedure the author defines the further way of development of the principle of sides' equality in the Criminal process of Ukraine, and the ways of improvement its usage in general, and the separate stages of Criminal process. The author formulated the theoretical conclusions on the research topics and gave the practical suggestions, directed at the improvement of the principle of sides' equality realization in the Criminal process. The materials of the thesis (dissertation) research increase the science of Criminal process of Ukraine. The may be used during further scientifik investigations, also during the improvement of current Law procedure, and in educational process. Implementation of recommendations, which are suggested in the thesis (dissertation), will support the gualitative fulfillment of Criminal Low procedure.
