Об'єкт дослідження - complex of the public relations arising, varied and ceasing between the subjects of criminal-legal activity during investigation of crimes about infringement of rules of safety of road movement and operation of vehicles. Мета дисертації - engineerings of the theoretical and practical provisions of investigation of crimes about infringement of rules of safety of road movement and operation of vehicles. Методи дослідження - historical - legal, rather - legal, formal - logic, statistical, sociological. Наукова новизна - it is offered to fix in CPC of Ukraine standard establishing terms of conducting of examination; is specified on expediency of returning of vehicles which were taking part in road-transport incident, their holders only under the decree; the concept of the mechanism of road-transport incident is defined. Практичне значення - theoretical provisions of the dissertation can be used during engineering the new criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine; in practical activityof the persons realizing criminal-legal functions; in educational process by preparation of the scientific - practical manuals, methodical instructions; by preparation and conducting of lectures at the rate "Criminal procedure". Суб'єкт і ступінь впровадження - in practical activity - act of introduction in practice of the Main investigatory management MIA of Ukraine from 26.08.2005 № 13/6 - 647; educational process - act of introduction of the Kharkov national university of internal affairs from 25.03.2006; modification and supplements in CPC of Ukraine (№ 3456 - Д) in a part concerning pre-trial execution (the act of introduction № 06 - 19/15 - 345 from 13.03.2006). Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and the offers have received a positive rating of the experts. Сфера використання - law and practical activity of the law-enforcement agencies of Ukraine and educational process.
