Hogol A. Clinical and immunological state of dental alveolar segments tissues in children at the age of 7-11 years in chronic granular periodontitis of deciduous molars.

According to the results of complex examination of the patients for signs of chronic granular periodontitis of deciduous molars in the period of changeable bite the additional diagnostic criteria have been determined which increase the effectiveness of disease course prognostics. The variant of acute stage of disease is characterized by lowering of immunoregulated index level (about 1.0) affected dental alveolar segment, hipoergic type of inflammatory reaction according to the index of temperature gradient and presence of fenestrations of outer cortical platelet due to the gradient of ohmic electric resistance of tissue. If the fenestrations are absent the formation of tooth containg cysts from deciduous periodontal teeth is prognosed. In the case of active variant of disease the approaching of immunoregulated index to 2.0, normal and hyperergic type of inflammatory reac-tion, when signs of fenestration are absent, have been observed and the occurance of acute periostitis and other odontogenic inflammatory processes have been prognosed.
