Kolisnyk I. Therapy of pterigopalatine ganglionitis with immunobiological preparations.

The dissertation is improving the effectiveness of treating patients with pterygopalatine ganglionitis by injections of immunobiological preparation "Cryocell-cryocerebrum" and placental cryoextract singly and in their combinations. The work also represents the complex system of inspections the patients with pterygopalatine ganglionitis that includes clinical examination, sialography, thermovision, rheoencephalography, immunological studying. This approach allows to ascertain the following forms of severity of ganglionitis: mild, moderate, and severe. The technique of "Cryocell-cryocerebrum" injections singly and in combining with placental cryoextract take into consideration the anatomical structure of the skull and approximate location of pterygopalatine node in pterygopalatine fossa has been developed. The work represents the comparative assessment of effectiveness of pterygopalatine ganglionitis depending on the severity of the disease. It has been found out that under the mild form of the diseasethe injection of placental cryoextract may be helpful, under the moderate form "Cryocell-cryocerebrum" should be injected, while under the severe form of ganglionitis the combining of these immunobiological preparations are optimal.
