Essay

The investigation object: turkey-poults of the cross "Kharkivskyi - 56" when breeding them for meat. It has been studied the levels of the exchangeable energy and raw protein in mixed-feeds when raising turkey-poults for meat and the effectiveness of the replacement of maize by wheat with the addition of seed fat in the structure of the mixed-feed. It has been established the positive effect on their growth, digestion, slaughter indices. Methods: zootechnic, physiological-and-biochemical, statistical. It has been introduced in the state enterprise experimental farm "Borky" of Kharkiv region.
