Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studing of microorganisms responsible for the process of associative nitrogen fixation in root zone of Valeriana officinalis L. and Calendula officinalis L.. It has been established that in rhizosphere and in root surface of researched cultures the favorable conditions for development of various systematic and ecolologo-trophical groups of diazotrophic bacteria are created. A new strain of Pseudomonas fluorescens 211 has been received. During the applification in root zone of medicinal plants it stimulated the development of basic groups of nitrogen-fixing microbial community, raised activity of associative nitrogen fixation, promoted increase of the contents of general nitrogen in leafs of Calendula officinalis L and limited the development of root rots in culture. The inoculation of seeds of Calendula officinalis L by strains of Pseudomonas fluorescens 211 and biological preparation on its basic has asserted a gain of flowers crop average on 14,3, enteric oil in flowers- on 16,7 - 20,0, contents of extractive substances - on 5,9 - 15,5 % in comparison with plants without inoculation. The usage of the new biological preparation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria is effective technological reception, which allows to reduce the price of production on 10,83 grn/hа, and also to turn a profit from realization of raw material up to 958,04 grn/hа and nise up profitability of manufacture on 9,1 %.
