Serdyuk V. Judicialy-legal Reform in Ukraine 1991-2004: problems of the theory and practice.

The thesis is holding a complex historical-legal research of theoretic and practical issues for the implementation a judicial and legal reform in the Ukraine in period of 1991-2004. Namely, the pecularities of the formation the historic conditions when the trends of the reform have been formulated in Ukraine the pecularities of changes in the legislation during the all development stages are characterized. Also description about the problematic tasks during the realization of the reform is described the future trends of the judicial reform in Ukraine are clarified and determine the future ways of reforming the judicial and legal system of Ukraine are defined, probleming tasks of the legal regulation of particular institutes legal governing, which need immediate resolving in the short period of time are determined. Basic conclusions of scientific research and practical recommendations for the resolving legal and administrative problems of judicial and legal system of Ukraine are formulated.
