Об'єкт дослідження - professional cultures of the lawyer. Мета дисертації - definitions methodological of bases of professional-political culture of the lawyer by accomplishment of its philosophical-legal analysis. Методи дослідження - system-structural, method of theoretical modeling, historical, hermeneutics (interpretation) of the right, rather-legal method, methods of the analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction. Наукова новизна - concept "professional-political culture of the lawyer" for the first time is introduced; the principles of professional-political culture of the lawyer are established; is defined pattern of professional-political culture of the Ukrainian lawyer ХХІ age. Практичне значення - provisions, formulated in job, conclusions and offers are a basis for the further engineering methodological of the concept of professional-political culture of the lawyer; are useful during preparation of educational rates on philosophy of law, legal deontology, history of the political and legal doctrines, theory of state and law. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - materials of the dissertation was used during 2002-2006 years at organization and holding election in public authorities and local home rule of Krasnodon (act Krasnodon of municipal council №33/5101-6); during reading lectures at the rate "Legal deontology" (adoption deed Krasnodon of institute of Interregional academy of management of staff from 18.11.06). Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and the offers have received a positive rating of the experts. Сфера використання - practical activity of public authorities of Ukraine, educational process.
