The thesis deals with searching of possible Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECRs) sources among the astrophysical objects. Noticeable correlation between arrival directions of 11 UHECRs AGASA and radiogalaxies 3C 123, 6 galaxies from IRAS PSCz catalogue is revealed. The investigation of galactic and extragalactic magnetic fields influence on deflection of charged UHECRs from rectilinear motion has been represented in the thesis. It was ascertained that galactic magnetic field deflects UHECRs up to 10° - 20° for Е > 4·10^19 eV on the direction to the centre and disk of Galaxy, and within errors of the modern detectors on remaining directions. The investigation of extragalactic magnetic fields influence to flows of UHECRs showed that UHECRs with E > 4·10^19 eV deflections not exceed 3° on the majority square in the case of "week" model of magnetic field, and 10° - 20° for model of powerful magnetic field. As shown in work, models of extragalactic magnetic field and distance to source has significant influence to spectrum UHECRs with Е > 4·10^19 eV.
