Bednarska V. The judgments reconsideration.

Changes to legislation demand reconsideration of some traditional categories and bringing them to accordance with contemporary conditions. The thesis is dedicated to the issues of the formation, essence, aim and purposes of the judgments reconsideration in exclusive proceeding order, the grounds for judgments review and regulations of these judgments reconsideration form. This reconsideration which is needed because of the new circumstances is the separate type of reconsideration, possessing its own peculiarities; it must be given the special place in the system of the criminal trial as the separate stage of the process. The author proposes her own way of solving this problem, base on theoretical workouts and practice.
