Research object – moresatellite loworbital system remote sounding of the Earth dual-purpose. In the dissertation the features of application of space systems monitoring are investigated, the existing satellite systems of remote sounding of the Earth (RSE) are analyzed. Use multisatellite loworbit system (MLS) RSE is proved. The synthesis of multisatellite system RSE is carried out(spent), the navigation-ballistic structure for this of systems was chosen. The substantiation of dynamic changes of multisatellite system (MS) is carried out(spent). The system of information interaction in MLS RSE is constructed, the choice and estimation of model of network system MLS RSE is carried out(spent). In work is proved the parameters of efficiency (factor of loading of the radiochannel are chosen, the time of а delay in а network) on the basis of cost function on which is defined (determined) loading of а radioline. It was introduced in space industry institutions, companies and military defends. Area of application – systems of space vehicles.
