Object of research - the process of reception of the information in the receiving apparatus of space radio navigating systems.The aim of dissertational work is increaseing the noise stability of reception devices of ground-based radio engineering complexes of space navigating systems in conditions of indignation of an ionosphere of the Earth.Methods of research - fundamental works under the theory of statistical decisions and also the theory of construction of radioreception devices.Novelty of the received results: the mathematical model of distribution of electronic concentration in an ionosphere was constructed; the method of an establishment of interrelation of physical parameters of an ionosphere with statistical parameters of transfer characteristics transionospheric communication channel; has received the further development an analytical method of calculation of statistical characteristics of a field of an accepted wave which has specified the boundary conditions of applicability of a method.The scientific positions developed in the dissertation are development of methodological bases for increasing the noise stability of reception devices of RTS that will allow to raise.Sphere of application are the demodulation of radio signals; reliability of transferring the information in satellite; communication links and to reduce time of definition of a site of object; reliability of signaling in real time.
