Essay

The thesis is devoted to the issues of the influence of a highly dispersive saline aerosol on the processes of cytokine-medium immunoregulation and prognosis of the efficiency of halotherapy depending on the level of bronchi's initial hyperreactivity on hypoosmolaric provocation. The thesis elaborates mathematical models, following the results of the systemic analysis on the basis of a selected range of diagnostic criteria - IFN-?, IL-4, IL-10, general IgE and hydrocortisone - taking into account their role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. There has been made a classification according to the levels of bronchi's initial hyperreactivity on hypoosmolaric provocation, which has resolved the problem of finding halotherapy efficiency criteria.
