Tatarov O. Renovation of execution and conduction of investigation the case under the recently revealed circumstances

During the dissertation research theoretical and legal problems of application the institute for examining decrees with recently revealed circumstances are examined. Analyzing scientific literature of lawyers, works of other Ukrainian and foreign specialists in legislation and the evidence of investigation, the author reveals the essence, the meaning of examination the decrees which gained lawfulness, legislative and practical aspects of problems of usage the given examination. In the dissertation was stated the conceptual schema for scientific and practical regulations directed towards improvement of process of examination the decrees under newly-revealed circumstances. Number of alternations to Criminal- Investigating Legislation and other Normative Acts as for direct investigating the evidence of the recently revealed circumstances were suggested.
