the object -patients with acute restricted odontogenous inflammatory diseases of weak tissues of maxillofacial region and neck (odontogenous apostems); the novelty -raise of effectiveness of treatment patients with acute restricted odontogenous purulent - inflammatory diseases of weak tissues of maxillofacial region and neck; the methods -more common clinical, special clinical, laboratory, variacionical-statistical the new is detected, that at patients with odontogenous apostems of weak tissues of maxillofacial region and the necks are temporary immunodeficiency; is proved, that the objective paste of prediction of clinical fluxion odontogenous apostems is definition of number of neutrophils; the assigning of a drug Тrofosan in complex treatment allows to normalize the factors of a local and common nonspecific resistance of an organism; the outcomes -agrees with the conducted examinations is established, that temporary immunodeficiency at patients with acute restricted purulent - inflammatory processesof weak tissues of maxillofacial region and neck is eliminated by assigning a complex drug Тrofosan and allows to increase percent patients with complete clinical convalescence, to reduce frequency detected in reconvalelescence phase of an asthenic set of symptoms and common diseases.
