Novikova L. Criminal responsibility in financing of terrorsm

Thesis is devoted to the problems of the criminal liability for financing of terrorism. The distinctive attributes for financing of terrorism are investigated and its basic concept is instituted, the criminally legal characteristic for financing of terrorism as socially dangerous particular act is defined. Being grounded on carrying out the research, the author defines deficiencies the acting antiterrorist legislation, which does not answer its international standards and suggests to commit on the legislative level respective alterations and complement in the Criminal Code of Ukraine in the connection for financing of terrorism in the separate elements of the crime as well as in the Law of Ukraine “About the struggle against terrorism”.
