Essay

The thesis was devoted to the scientific research of theoretical and practical problems of legal securing of public ecological control in Ukraine. Legal nature and mechanisms of securing of public ecological control is studied in the thesis. The definitions of public ecological control, it’s function, tasks, aim, object, subject and kinds have been defined. Division into periods of the public ecological control development history has been made. The analysis of legal regulation of the activity of public inspectors of ecological control and public ecological organisations has been considered. Propositions to make changes into the legislation have been made. Proposal to create the Supreme Ecological Council of Ukraine near the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been grounded..
