Tivonenko L. Differentiated antibacterial therapy substantiation and estimation of its efficiency in the complex treatment of generalized parodontitis

Dissertation is devoted to the study of dependence between composition of parodontal pockets microflora and a degree and character of generalized parodontitis course, development and introduction of new complex method of generalized parodontitis treatment by medicine Amizon and complex Amizon-Metronidazolum. There is studied dependence between composition of parodontal pockets microflora and a degree and character of generalized parodontitis course. There is exposed the antimicrobial role of nonsteroid antiphlogistic preparation Amizon and its composition with Metronidazolum. Rational concentrations of preparations are set, the method of treatment is developed and the indications of their using in dependence of a character of course and a development rate of generalized parodontitis are determined. There are offered and inculcated in practice recommendation on the using of Amizon, Metronidazolum in a medical mixture in the complex treatment of generalized parodontitis. There are developed the indications to the differentiated prescription of antiphlogistic and antibacterial preparations in dependence of a character of course and a development rate of dystrophy-inflammatory process in paradontium tissue. On the result of researches there are received information which confirm efficiency of the clinical use, antimicrobial activity of preparation "Amizon" and its therapeutic influence on a dystrophy- inflammatory process in the bone of alveolar sprout of jaw.
