the object - patients with different forms of chronic periodontitis; the aims this thesis contains a study about more effective treatment of chronic apical periodontitis, based on elaboration of new filling materials for permanent and temporary root canals obturation; the methods - clinical, rentgenological, microbiologikal, laboratory, statistical; the new - there were received and systematized the results about antibacterial, physical and mechanical, adhesion properties of sealers of different groups; their comparative research was carried out; the outcomes - еffectiveness of endodontic treatment of chronic apical periodontitis by elaborated filling materials is confirmed by the results of radiographs and clinical examination in the nearest and removed terms.
