Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of treatment efficacy of postgastroresectional pancreatitis in combination with chronic nonobstructive bronchitis. It was proved that moderate pain syndrome is characteristic for combined pathology. Dyspeptic events are more intensive than pain. Bronchitis has a torpid course in 71,2% of cases. Functional state of the pancreas is characterized with hypofermentemia, reduced indices of the fecal pancreatic elastase-1 in 84,7% of the cases. In most cases there is determined hyposecretory type of pancreatic secretion. There are revealed three types of pancreas sonography changes. In most patients chronic gastritis of gastric stump is diagnosed with the help of endoscopy, it is characteristic hypo- and anacidity. One third of the patients had precancerous changes of gastric mucosa. Patients were infected with Helicobacter pylori in 53,8% of the cases. Including of antihomotoxic preparations in therapy of combined pathology promotes improvement of treatment efficacy.
