The dissertation is devoted to improvement of efficacy of conser-vative treatment of gallbladder cholesterosis on the background of obe-sity. Predominance of dyspeptic manifestations is characteristic for clinic of associated pathology. The most typical variant of the gallblad-der dysfunction is hypokinetic-hypotonic one, which is revealed in 64,3% of cases. 51,8% of patients with gallbladder cholesterosis on the background of obesity have concomitant non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, in 96,4% of cases - hyper- and dyslipidemia (more often - dslipide-mia of IIB type). Sonography determines the follow changes: presence of cholesterol polyps in gallbladder, induration, thickening and hetero-geneity of gallbladder wall, presence of biliary sludge. Clinical, bio-chemical and sonographic data regarding gallbladder cholesterosis are connected to the body mass index. The treatment scheme including antihomotoxic preparations Hepar compositum, Hepeel, Lymphomyosot promotes a decrease of clinical manifestations andfunctional disorders of gallbladder and liver, helps to correct blood lipid profile and to improve sonographic results.
