Essay

Object - rubble concrete, rubble laying, , finegrained concrete, mortar, epoxy-cement composition for bridge supports. Purpose - prevention of destruction and increase of term of service of disintegrating bridge supports on the basis of development of notions of deformations of longtime and repeating quickflow creep of rubble concrete and rubble laying, electroosmotic flux EOF, exposure of mechanism of their destroying action on support and development of new materials and methods of repair of bridge supports. Methods- theoretical and experimental. Novelty - the reasons of crackforma-tion and destructions of supports are instelled - action of the repeatedly repeating dynamic loading, and also currents of loss through material of support on water medium; mechanism are described and offered mathematical models: repeating quickflow creep of cement stone and concrete at the cyclic loading, and also elec-tro-osmotic flux (EOF) in the capillaries of cement stone; new methods of re-moval of deformations of support by prestressed reinforced concrete mini- belts are offered; the notions are extended of fmultilevelstructure and structural characteristics (including optimum) of the rubble laying and rubble concrete, new methods of determination of optimum compositions of the, fine-grained concrete and stamping mortar with low deformability and water permeability on this basis. Results – at major repairs of four supports of railway bridge through river, of reinforced concrete flight structure of railway bridges and also all railway bridge of the South railway.
