Andruschenko I. Clinical-instrumental criteria of the diagnostics of combined heart jet lags in children

The objects are combined violations of heart rhythm for children. The purpose consists in improvement of diagnostics of combined violations of heart rhythm for children on the basis of complex clinic-instrumental inspection by development of clinical and instrumental criteria. The methods are examinations of vegetative homeostasis with the use of cardiointervalgraphy (CIG), daily variability of heart rhythm (VRH) by the Holther monitoring (HM EKG), violation of heart rhythm with the use of standard EKG, HM EKG, morphofunctional states of heart and central haemadynamics by echocardiography and Dopler's cardiography. Newness is new information about vegetative homeostasis depending on age of children, examinations and analysis of found out violations of heart rhythm, study of them circadian structure and influencing of the vegetative nervous system on heart rhythm. The morphofunctional state of heart is complexly studied. Diagnostic criteria are developed. The results apply in Children Hospital of Ukraine and A.Bogomoletz National Medical University.
