Essay

Object of research: metabolism in bulls organism at fattening with sodium humate and chelate compounds (methionates) Co and J. Purpose of research: to find out the physiological expediency of combined fattening to bulls with sodium humate and chlates compounds of cobalt methionate and iodine and their influence on erythrohoesis, protein exchange, productivity, slaughter and meat indices; to carry out veterinary and sanitary valuation of beef and to define its biological value. Methods of research: physiological, clinical, haematological, biochemical, organoleptic, chemical and mathematical. Scientific novelty: it was carried out an effective method of metabolism regulation, the rise of productivity of fattened bulls and beef quantity, accessible for wing in economies which are engaged in fattening of live-stock, which provide with the production of beef with better chemical content, biological value and veterinary and chemical qualities. At the expense of concentration of fodder ration with sodium humatome in comparison with chelates compounds (methionates) of microelements (Co and J) in elaborated doses. Feeding up also favours the increase of slaughter exit, body sort, the correlation of nutritive parts of body. By organoleptic and the main physical and chemical indices, meat of experimental animals under the influence of sodium humate in comparison with chelates compounds Co and J, the content of moisture is decreased, the quantity of protein and fat is increased, biological value is rised. The novelty of performed research deals with: for the first time it was carried out complex experiments on studying the influence of sodium humate as biologically active substance in the comparison with chelates compounds (methionates Co and J) on the productivity, veterinary and sanitary and qualitive characteristics of bulls meat. The investigations on defining the biological value of bulls meat at fattening with the using of fodder, witch is riched with sodium humatome in comparison with chelates compounds (methionates Co and J). Degree of introduction: the information due to the elaboration is used at agricultural enterprises of different types and during educational process, while preparing veterinary doctors, biolotechnologists and veterinary experts in Lviv national academy of veterinary medicine named after S.Z.Gzhytskyi. Sphere (field) of using: For use of scientific workers, teachers and students of food technology faculty, biology - technological faculty and the faculty of veterinary medicine of higher schools in Ukraine, specialists of veterinary medicine and stock - breeding.
