Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of the criminal responsibility for breach of the statue - established order of human organs or tissues transplantation. The following factors are researched: social and economic, medical, normative and criminological factors of illegal transplantation criminalization. It was suggested a historical viewing of legal control for human organs or tissues transplantation. Objective and subjective features of the corpus delicti, described in art. 143 of Penal Code of Ukraine are analyzed in the dissertation. It was suggested the new dispositions addition of this article.
