Corrosion of aluminium and its alloys in environments of the chemical industry; optimization of the new solution composition for passivation and its influence on properties of aluminium and its magnesium -based alloys in acid environments and hydrogen peroxide; gravimetric, electrochemical, metallographic, Auger spectroscopy, temperature-kinetic, titirimetric; the composition of a new solution for chemical passivation of aluminium and its alloys with magnesium is proved; necessary stages are established and regimes of passivation process are optimized; the efficiency of chemical passivation use for the decrease in speed of corrosion of aluminium, its alloys AМг and their welded joints in solutions of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide is shown; it is established that passivation reduces the intensity of ICC of aluminium. For the first time the inhibiting action of aluminium on hydrogen peroxide decomposition is established; it is found that passivation changes the dissolution from the kinetic to diffusion control; results - a new passivation solution was developed (the patent of Ukraine 13937); the passivation solution was introduced at the enterprises of Ukraine; fields of introduction - chemical, mechanical engineering, etc.
