Diuzhayev V. A substantiation technological and design data of the case of a plough on an elastic suspension bracket

Object - process of interaction of the case of a plough on an elastic suspension bracket with ground; the purpose - definition of rational parameters of an elastic suspension bracket, which provide decrease of power consumption of processing of ground; methods - nonlinear mechanics, imitating modeling, statistical dynamics; the novelty - for the first time is executed research of mathematical model of dynamics of interaction of the case of a plough on an elastic suspension bracket with ground and the rigidity of an elastic element of a suspension bracket is proved; it is possible to use results - developed methods, techniques and algorithms for optimization of parameters of machines with varying working bodies; is introduced in SF IMEA UAAS, the case of a plough on an elastic suspension bracket has lowered resistance on 12…15 %, in comparison with rigid fastening; sphere of application - mechanization of an agriculture.
