Thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of peculiarities of the legal regime of land of motor transport and road management. The historical and legal analysis of legislation development, which strengthens the legal regime of this land, has been carried out. Concept and composition issues of land of motor transport and road management have been investigated. Content and peculiarity issues of the legal regime of land have been examined. Essence and features of legal forms of using and guarding this land have been analyzed. The notion of planning, control, registration and checking of using and guarding this land have been determined.
