Essay

The object of the research is fine cell press concrete on the basis of complex low mark binder from technical industrial by- products; the aim of the research is working out fine cell carbon pressed (slag ash carbon (SAC)) concrete for wall products on the basis of carbon by- products of stone cutting and efficient low clinker ash cement binder; methods- physical- chemical, mathematical planning, the methodology of estimating optimal pressing parameters was worked out; theoretical and practical results- theoretically grounded and practically proved the possibility of chemical activation of fly- ash by alkali alumina ferrite complex aggregate; the influence of bauxite slag on phase content of new substances of ash cement binder was found out, as the result new modified binder and concretes on its base were obtained that allowed to extend the raw material base by using till 90% technical industrial wastes; degree of introduction- within the branch measures; sphere (branch) of usage- building.
