Thesis is devoted to complex and comprehensive theoretical research of problems of the legal adjusting of community landed property. An issue in relation to notion and signs of right of communal ownership on land is explored. Legal norms, that regulate the public relations in the field of community landed property, are characterized by all signs of subinstitute which enters to the institute of right of landed ownership, which here is complex and migdistsiplinarnim. The analysis of the landed and other legislations is conducted in the field of right of communal landed ownership. Historical development of right of communal ownership is explored on land, object and legal subject of community property on landed property. The analyzed ways of forming of right of communal ownership on earth.
