Batygina O. Organizational-legal issues of wholesale market of agricultural products in Ukraine.

The dissertation is a complex research of organizational-legal issues of creation and functioning of wholesale market of agricultural products in Ukraine with participation of agricultural producers. The historical methods of functioning of wholesale market of agricultural products are researched in the work. The author gives definition, signs and subjects of wholesale market of agricultural products. Major attention is paid to functioning of organizers of wholesale market of agricultural products, their types and characteristic features are defined. Types of agreements, which are used on wholesale markets of agricultural products are analyzed. The propositions concerning improvement of legislation of Ukraine have been formed.
