Essay

The thesis is devoted to problem of clinical manifestation, improvement of diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cholesterosis in combination with chronic ischemic heart disease by using of drugs of ?-3-polyunsaturated fatty acids and statines on the basis of basic treatment (hypolipidemic diet, drugs of ursodeoxycholic acid, basic chronic ischemic heart disease treatment). Medical complex - hypolipidemic diet, drugs of ursodeoxycholic acid, statines, basic chronic ischemic heart disease treatment has positive influence on clinical manifestation, laboratory and instrumental data of gallbladder cholesterosis and is the more effective for reducing of frequency and duration of retrosternal pain attacks and increase tolerance to an exercise stress.
