The dissertation is devoted to synthesis, structure and reactivity of coordinating compounds of some d-metals and uranyl with С-2-thiofene-N-methylnitrone, С 2 furane-N-methylnitrone, С 2-pyrrole-N-methylnitrone, С 2 benzthiazole-N-methylnitrone and С 2-pyridyl-N-methylnitrone. Structure of the synthesized ligands and complexes in the solutions and crystal was investigated by IR-, NMR-spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. The main factors that determined the structure of synthesized compounds were established. The X-ray analysis of 4 nitrones and 8 coordinating compounds was carried. The reactivity of nitrones and their complexes in 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions reactions by the quantum chemical simulation of electronic and spatial structure of the synthesized ligands and complexes was estimated. First the nucleophilic addition of alcohols to palladium with С 2-pyridyl-N-methylnitrone complex was carried. It has been demonstrated that the palladium complexation is essential for the stabilization of -alkoxyhydroxylamines.
