Kirin R. Legal groundwork for mining of minerals.

In the dissertation author investigated of the problem of creating law of mining of minerals and mechanism of legal groundwork in this field. As a result of carried out re-search it was considered the minerals as a subject of legal regulation, use and protection, formulated the term of the "law of mining of minerals", determined its role in the system of the law of bowels use, developed the classification of kinds, made historic law re-searches of process of legislation establishment in the area of mining of minerals and comparative analysis of current Ukrainian and foreign legislation. It was analyzed organizational and legal, and functional groundwork of mining of minerals, determined the characteristics of the legal procedural guaranties for realization of right to mining of minerals. It was considered the economic and legal mechanism of mining of minerals, introduced the characteristics of supervision and methods of legal re-sponsibility in the area of mining of minerals. It was ratiocinated the importance of draft-ing some legal acts and it was proposed law drafts on introduction of the changes to Laws of Ukraine.
