Ph.D. thesis is devoted to blowing gas mixture developing, which includes Nitrogen for common steel assortment when out-of-furnace metal treatment. An integrated mathematic model of the out-of-furnace treatment process is built, with the modeling a composition of the optimal blowing mixture is established for metal treatment on a ladle-furnace plant and vacuumization with the purpose to get high quality endless billet. It is defined, that when argon replacing with Nitrogen in blowing gas, CO and H behaviour in gas bubbles practically stays invariable as by treatment on LHS and by vacuumization. Some of Nitrogen arriving from blowing gas into metal is increasing, but transition of Nitrogen from metal into CO bubbles and through the surface stays sufficient, what lead to general decreasing of Nitrogen concentration in metal.
