The results of the conducted by us statistical investigation, the needs of population in prosthetics with removable constructions testify to the number of urban and rural population who appealed for orthopedic help makes accordingly 98,27% and 1,73%. Among the removable prosthetic appliances substituting of dental sets' defects partial removable plate dentures with clasp fixation are used most frequently. According to our data it makes 62,18%. That is why with the help of clasps not only relative firmness of dentures is dehieved, but other tasks are performed from which the normal state of different elements of the prosthetic bed. The use of this or other system of clasps and other fixing devices depends on clinical situation, the influence of it on biomechanics of parodontium of the supporting teeth and compression of mucous membrane. As principle of choice of dentures fixation brings to the removal of the increased pressure on mucous membrane and osteal tissue of the prosthetic bed with simalteniasly strictly dosed over distribution of pressure on the parodontium of the supporting teeth we had performed the mathematic modelling of partial removable dentires coustructions with different fixing elements in eventual dental set defects.
