Krikyn V. Institute of bankruptcy as the tool of state regulation of market economy

The object is the process of public administration as the combination of the organizational relations that are connected with the mechanisms of the financial facilitation of the enterprises in the context of the bankruptcy institution development. The objective is the scientific and methodological justification of the necessity of the functioning of the bankruptcy institution in the system of the public administration aimed to the regulation of the market relations, the formulation of the basis of the analyses and improvement of the public administration management mechanism in the bankruptcy conditions. The methods are analyses, synthesis, classification, graphical representation, table presentation, systematic and analytical, economical and statistical, comparative analyses (SWOT), program and objective. The newness is that the necessity of the division of the bankruptcy institution realization in the system of the market economy public administration into the special object of the scientific investigation has been scientifically proved; the essence of the public administration system in the process of the anticrises scheme use in the process of the social needs satisfaction has been analyzed and highlighted. The results are that the model of the bankruptcy institution realization in the public administration and market economy has been developed; the category "obligatory senation of the enterprise" has been suggested to be introduced into the national mechanism of the bankruptcy institution realization.
