Stetsuk E. The morphofunctional changes of the testis at the aseptic inflammation and the correction by the transplantation of the cryoconcervated placenta

The thesis is devoted to the study of the influence of the hypodermic transplantation of the cryoconcervated placenta on the structural components of the intact testis and after induced sharp aseptic inflammation caused by the intraperitoneal injection of ?-каrаgіnеn. For the first time the changes of the spermatogenic epithelium in the testis are shown during 360 days after the hypodermic transplantation of the cryoconcervated placenta. These changes were proceeding without the pathological failures in the testis morphology, and the activation of spermatogenesis was determined. It was proved that the application of the hypodermic transplantation of cryoconcervated placenta at induced sharp experimental orchitis gives the possibility to correct its proceeding through the reduction of the alterative and exudative manifestations in the structural components of the testis and the acceleration of the intracanalicular reparation and proliferation.
