Voloschkevich G. The development of consumer's cooperation in Nadnepryanska part of Ukraine in the second half of 19th - the beginning of 20th centuries (historical-legal study)

The thesis investigates organizational-legal background of consumer’s societies and their unions in Nadnepryanska part of Ukraine in the second half of 19th – the beginning of 20th centuries. It considers the policy of tsarist government in the field of cooperative building and legislation during the second half of the 19th century up to 1917, legal support of the functioning of consumer’s societies and their unions in pre-revolutionary period, legal aspects of interrelationships between authority representatives and cooperative organizations, the formation of basic cooperative-legal institutions in European and home law. The theoretical and practical value of the paper is the generalization of historical experience of legal support of functioning of consumer’s societies and their unions.
