Mandrychenko Z. Absolution on the grounds of reconciliation between the guilty and victim

The dissertation is the first monographic research in Ukraine dedicated to absolution on the grounds of reconciliation between the guilty and the victim. This research contains an analysis of complex theoretical and practical issues connected with absolution of a person in the system of legal criminal influence. The genesis and social conditionality of the institute of reconciliation between the guilty and the victim were studied. Moreover, an analysis of the legal criminal nature and the essence of absolution on the grounds of reconciliation between the guilty and the victim were made. Much attention was paid to grounds and conditions of absolution due to reconciliation, which resulted in a proposal to extend the scope of acts, when this kind of absolution could be applied.
