Pinchuk N. Features of clinics trend, psychoemotional conditions and pharmacotherapy of bronchial asthma in children of preschool ages

Dissertation devoted to questions of improvement programs of complex therapy for the children of preschool ages with bronchial asthma in according with disturbances of cerebral hemodynamics and features of psychoemotional conditions which was to diagnoses. In 168 children with bronchial asthma of preschool ages were investigated features of all trends with evaluations of breath, immunological and psychological status, and condition of cerebral hemodynamics. In according with investigation in cildren discover high level of disturbances of breath, cerebral hemodynamics and psychoemotional status.Disturbances of cerebral homodynamic in children with simple bronchial asthma were temporary and doubtful; only a 20.83% child with medium-weight asthma hasn't any disturbances of cerebral hemodynamic, 47.22% has angiospasm, 23.61% - angiodilatation. 28.21% and 46.15% Children with severe asthma have angiospasm and angiodilatation accordingly.The level of the disturbances of psychoemotional status depends from weight of diseases and disturbances of cerebral hemodynamics. In according with psychoemotional status, disturbances of cerebral hemodynamics developed schemes of complexes pathogenesis therapy, which included drugs with spasmolytics and venotonics effects and preparations of plant and homotoxicology actions. This scheme permitted to increase of efficacy of complexes treatment of bronchial asthma in children of preschool ages.
