Ivankova E. Antimycobacterial therapy patients with chronic pulmonary tuberculosis

Object of research - chronic pulmonary tuberculosis; the purpose - increase of efficiency and tolerability of antituberculosis chemotherapy by its advance; methods - clinical, X-ray, microbiological, biochemical, statistical; the novelty - is studied rate and profile of drug resistance of micobacterium tuberculosis (MBT) to antituberculosis dtugs I and II line in patients with chronic pulmonary tuberculosis; analized efficacy of patients treatment with susceptible, monoresistant, poliresistant, multiresistant MBT and studied follow up treatment results; developed treatment schemes with kapreomycine, cicloserine, claritromycine with increase of treatment results of 20,4 %; established good tolarability these drugs in complex treatment; compared rate and profile of side effects from fluoroquinolones of 2, 3, 4 generations in case their long term application 18-24 months; established the most effective and safety fluoroquinolones for long term application in patients with chronic pulmonary tuberculosis (lomefloxacin, levofloxacin), which provide sustained complex antituberculosis chemotherapy and increase its tolerability of 22,4 % .
