The method of probable algorithmic quantums of knowledge (vPАQKn-method) of decision-making in conditions v-indeterminacy, concerned with incomplete, polytypic and probability data is offered. vPАQKn-models provide uniform performance and an algorithmic manipulation with the numerical and linguistic information as differentlevel structures on complexity of probable quantums of knowledge means of final predicates and vector-matrix operators. vPАQKn-model allow to build automatically in a mode of training on examples script situations (TESS) a logic network of probable reasonings which is transformed to a v-quantum network of a conclusion of decisions as vq-knowledge-corollary from vq-knowledge-premise. Process of a logic conclusion of vq-knowledge is accompanied by exact calculations of reliability of consequences by orthogonal transformations of functions of algebra of logic. The interactive program complex "vКВАНТ+" for automation of support of acceptance of industrial decisions is created, which differs enough a high degree of "intellectuality" due to an opportunity to retrain and to be retrained.
