Yanits'kyj V. The procedure of acquiring the property right to land plot in Ukraine

The thesis provides a complex monographic research into the legal problems of land-legal procedure of acquiring the private land ownership right. It considers theoretical and legislative basis investigating the problems of land-legal procedure of acquiring the private land ownership right, as well as historical aspects of land law procedural rules development. The legal nature, the notion of land-legal procedure of acquiring the private land ownership right and its place in the system of land law procedural rules is examined in detail. The thesis defines the elements of legal relations concerning the procedure of acquiring the private land ownership right, and reveals the grounds and peculiarities of acquiring the land ownership right by certain persons. It thoroughly analyses both the procedure of plots' acquiring and transfer to the citizens and juridical persons, and the rights and duties of persons in the process of acquiring the private land ownership right.
