Yara O. Сriminological aspects of unmercenary violent criminality prevention

The problem of non-acquisitive aggressive crime prevention is being investigated. The peculiarities, according to which it is necessary to classify a crime as a non-acquisitive aggressive crime, have been defined. The notion of non-acquisitive aggressive criminality has been analyzed. Special attention is given to the particular peculiarities of the mechanism of non-acquisitive aggressive crime. Some specific factors of studying the mechanism of non-acquisitive aggressive behavior are noted. Having taken as a base the integral characteristics of factors, which were taken from computer, general “portrait” of non-acquisitive aggressive perpetrator are given. On the base of social and physiologic approach, wide range of aspects of criminological research of non-acquisitive aggressive crime has been exposed. Special attention has been given to the aspects necessary to be followed during creation preventing measures of non-acquisitive aggressive criminality. The notion of victimological prevention of thistype of crime has been investigated. On the base of analysis of non-acquisitive aggressive criminality, practical recommendation concerns reducing a danger of becoming a victim especially of this type of crime and practical recommendation to the local law enforcement institutions are proposed.
