A manuscript is research at the monographic level of problems of judicial expert research of the extraordinary situations related to violations of requirements of rules of labor protection and accident prevention on the enterprises of coal industry.Theoretical and methodical principles of judicial mine technical examination are definite, questions about an object, objects, determination of judicial mine technical examination and its judicial essence are namely explored. Problems are explored, that arise up during setting conducting of the given type of examination. The analysis of tasks is carried out, that decide during expert research. The developed structure of the informative providing of workstation (ARM) of judicial expert. The algorithm of decision of situation expert task of mine technical examination is created.
