Dissertation is devoted to the study, based on epidemiological research of pathomorphosis of schizophrenia and tendencies of its development in the modern period; to the evaluation of influence of identical inherence, sexual dimorphism and education on pathomorphosis and clinical features of schizophrenia. It is commonly suggested, that modern clinical descriptions of schizophrenia is characterized by such positive features as the increase of periodic course, paranoid form and the decrease of catatonic form. The pathomorphosis and clinical features of schizophrenia are influenced by genotypic peculiarities, wich are characterized by the identical inherence, XX-chromosomes, and also increase of educational level.
