Essay

3. Dissertation covers to study the molecular-biological features of malignant cell line А2780 whith formation of resistance to cisplatin and doxorubicin and determination of their possible prognostic role in patients with ovarian cancer. In Vivo-experiments have shown, that formation of resistance to ciplatin and doxorubicin is accompanied by changes of a morphological structure and complication of the ultrastructural organization of wild cell line А2780. It is proved, that the phenomenon of resistance to various antineoplastic drugs is formed with attraction of various mechanisms: resistance to doxorubicin in human ovarian cancer cells is occured by the mdr1-dependent mechanism, and resistance to cisplatin - by changing of expression of enzymes of glutathione system and antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2.
