Nemtseva D. Development of the method and synthesis of the devices of position finding of the mobile stations in the network of mobile telecommunication

The method and devices of navigational finding with needed accuracy of the position of object - carrier of mobile station in space system of base stations of the mobile telecommunication network are defended. Mathematical models of signals and interference in mobile telecommunication network in application to positioning system are developed. Quantitative signal-to-noise and signal-to-interference ratios are estimated. Statistical synthesis of the algorithm and devices of detection-estimation of signal parameters, which are sufficient statistics for estimation of object position are completed.The potential statistic characteristics of the device are calculated in dependence from the length of observation interval and signal-to-interference ratio. The practical recommendations for the methods of hardware and software realization of synthesized algorithms with using digital signal processors and universal computers are given.
